We are a small family business based in Devon. We are all vegans ourselves and as we are quite creative in the kitchen we started experimenting with Seitan. A pure wheat gluten, that produces a very tasty meaty texture. We now produce a range of very delicious vegan charcuterie style Seitan; salami style, spicy chorizo, country ham style, pastrami and even roast beef to name a few. Our most popular shredded chicken style Seitan is very popular as an amazing southern fried chicken style Seitan. We also do a range of vegan sushi. Our aim is to take as many meat based products as we can and make delicious vegan versions of them. Perfect for weddings and events, we also supply our dishes to Exeter university for their student shop.
