We are a small family business based in Devon. We are all vegans ourselves and as we are quite creative in the kitchen we started experimenting with Seitan. A pure wheat gluten, that produces a very tasty meaty texture. We now produce a range of very delicious vegan charcuterie style Seitan; salami style, spicy chorizo, country ham style, pastrami and even roast beef to name a few. Our most popular shredded chicken style Seitan is very popular as an amazing southern fried chicken style Seitan. We also do a range of vegan sushi. Our aim is to take as many meat based products as we can and make delicious vegan versions of them.
